The launch positions Rwanda as a leader in digital connectivity and supports ambitious plans in smart agriculture, telemedicine, and e-learning. MTN CEO Mapula Bodibe said the network would initially cover all district headquarters and major towns, expanding to rural areas by Q1 2027.
